This is one of my FAVORITE FAVORITE FAVORITE new craft projects!
I learned about this from this post which I found through Mod Podge Rocks, this girl is TALENTED & I just kind of ran with the idea of mixing stamps, acrylic paint, scrapbook paper, tissue paper and mod podge to create artwork.
My inspiration was this photo that my mom took on our last vacation…
Next I want to try to recreate a picture of Samster with this technique!
